LITTLE SUGAR CONES

1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
1 can Eagle Brand
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallow
1 box of mini ice cream cones

Melt butter in microwave. Add brown sugar, corn syrup and Eagle Brand.
Cook in microwave for 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes (very important).
Add mini marshmallows, stir until marshmallows are melted and well mixed.
Return to microwave for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir.
Immediately fill mini cones to the top with a spoon.
Place cones on baking rack or other rack, standing up. I use a large pizza box, where I have make holes all over with a knife.
This recipe makes between 60-65 little sugar cones depending on how many
times you lick the spoon.
Can be frozen.
***NOTE: I have made these cones many times and this year I melted chocolate and spread a
bit on top. Very delicious.
